When:  Every Wednesday evening
Time:   7pm
Where: Vancouver Shambhala Centre, 256 West 7th Avenue,                Unit 208 [2nd floor]
Cost:    Free/donations welcome
Shambhala Centre Re-Opens:
  • The Shambhala Centre has reopened its doors for in-person meditation on Wednesday evenings.
  • The centre is located two blocks east of Cambie and 7th.
  • Those who prefer to join from home can do so via Zoom.
Open House:
  • The Open House welcomes newcomers into the community and offers meditation instruction for first-time meditators.
  • Experienced meditators are also welcome to attend.
  • The evening starts at 7:00 pm with sitting meditation in the Main Meditation Hall.
In-Person Session:
  • Limited to 10-12 participants.
  • Meditation instruction for first-timers offered at 7:00 pm in the small meditation hall (limited to instructor and 3 participants).
  • After instruction, group joins sitting and walking meditation in the Main Meditation Hall.
Fee and Registration:
  • No fee for Open House, though donations are appreciated.
  • Everything needed is provided.
  • Option to register online to "reserve" a space.
